Personal Trainer
Job Posting
DISCLAIMER:
This is not a position where simply “showing up” is enough. We want serious fitness professionals that want to build a career, grow with us into the next phase of our company, and add to the culture of high-level training and customer service that we are committed to providing.
As a small business, everyone wears several different hats.
Current Availability
Personal Trainer – 20-40 hrs/week
The LFS difference:
- This is an employee position, not a 1099 contractor.
- You’ll get paid hourly, not on commission.
- We offer benefits to all our employees from paid time off to retirement and supplemental insurance like you’d find at a big corporation, but without the drama.
- This isn’t a sales position where you have to awkwardly approach gym members begging for them to pay extra for personal training. We provide all the clients, you just need to take care of them.
- We provide real, on-going mentorship, training, and professional development giving you all the tools, and resources you need to succeed throughout your time with us, not just during on-boarding.
- There are no egos or turf wars here. Every trainer trains all the clients and we meet as a team to collaborate on their needs and progress.
- We treat our members better than our own family, not just a faceless account number.
- Earn quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance not sales.
- Instead of filling your down time with mundane tasks like cleaning toilets we want to help develop and use all of your strengths and talents to help us grow from responsibilities in product development and launch, to managerial responsibilities.
We are hiring because what we do is different, it matters, and people are banging down our door to work with us.
